You reach the house in only 10 minutes by car from Alicante airport. It is located on a very quiet road where there is only traffic from the families who live on the road.The neighborhood is typical Spanish, and the neighbors are Spanish. If you arrive by car, you can park for free right outside the door. On foot you can reach from the house to the beach in two minutes, to the supermarket in three minutes and the town center in 10 minutes..

In front of the house there is an enclosed terrace that can be covered with an awning. Also the terrace's sides can easily be closed with "curtains" of awning fabric. You are thus ensured both shelter and shade, as needed. The terrace is equipped with two sun beds and a dining table with four chairs. The chairs have high backs, and can also act as sun loungers.

The house has two floors. On the top floor there is a large double bedroom with 2 nordic size beds(90*200) and access to a small balcony, and a smaller bedroom, also with two single beds (90*200) On the top floor you will also find a bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. In the basement therevis a nice kitchen - renovated in 2015 - with gas hob, electric oven and washing machine.The kitchen is open plan living room which contains a sofa arrangement with TV and a dining table. From the living room there is also access to a toilet with wash basin - renovated in 2015. There is aircon in the master bedroom and in the living room.
